The swimming pool is inaccessible on the wedding day

Accommodations are optional.

The estate is accessible on Friday afternoon, starting from 2 p.m., for the storage of all goods and materials, and for decoration preparation. In case of booking, the cottage and rooms must be vacated no later than Sunday at 5 p.m. The rental of the rest of the estate ends at 6 p.m. (all guests must have left the premises by this time).

End of stay cleaning:

Only cleaning of the hall and rooms is included in the rental price. The cottage must be returned cleaned. In case of non-compliance, a cleaning fee of €150 will be charged.

Payment:

A deposit of 40% is paid on the day of signing the contract. This deposit will remain the property of the lessor in case of cancellation of the rental and cannot be refunded. In case of cancellation, the balance of the reservation remains the responsibility of the lessor. This clause constitutes an essential condition of the contract without which it would not have been signed. The balance must be paid no later than 3 weeks before the event date.
